Short Summary

Kusuo introduces himself as well as puts a stop on his parents bickering.

Long Summary

Saiki Kusuo, narrates his life as a psi-user born from a normal couple and contemplates about how it screwed up his life. Upon nearly to his house, he heard his father crying his name through telepathy. Approaching his father who was waiting for him in front of the house to unlock the door. Apparently, in Kusuo’s life, his parents relationship was the only aspect which is not peaceful when in fact, the two before was sweet at each other. At dinner, his father was served with a shoe, mocking Kuniharu who was licking his boss’ shoes. His father begged for some rare domestic cow meat. Kusuo however doesn’t usually listen to his requests to not to spoil his father but gave in. When he's about to do something, his mom stopped him telling him that he should use his power only to those who are “truly” in need and kind people. While his mom was talking to him, his father took the opportunity to exchange their foods making his mom mad and charged furiously at his father. Kusuo didn’t mind them and continued eating, thinking how his parents should be the ones mending their relationship so he mustn’t recklessly use his problems and started eating the coffee jello when his father bumped at him, making the jello almost fall on the ground but he was able to catch it with his mouth. His father told Kusuo to stop his raging mother who is about to throw them the table. Kusuo stopped the table and his mom got angry at him, saying even Kusuo takes his father’s side. The two started to quarrel once again but this time Kusuo gave them a punishment for ruining his dessert time by using forced telepathy which truly solved the problem since their thoughts project their true feelings. Continuing to eat the coffee jello, Kusuo was about to take another bite when his mother took the sweet from his grasp and gave them to his father as a sign of reconciliation making him angry and broke the windows.
