Kuniharu asks Kusuo if he knows what tomorrow is, Kusuo already figured out it was his parents wedding anniversary and the anniversary of the day they met. Kusuo claps, congratulating them, and starts heading to his bedroom to sleep. Kuniharu tells him to wait and asks him if he wants to hear the story on how they met. Kusuo says no, he is tired of hearing the story. Kuniharu tells him if it were not for that day, he would not be here at this moment. Kusuo still does not want to listen and heads to his room once more. Kuniharu states he used to listen to it and starts to go into a flashback, Kusuo interrupts him. He tells his parents if they want to tell the story so badly, tell it to a wall. Kurumi starts flashbacking and Kusuo interrupts her too. He tells them that he is sick of listening to the story, leading them to still do the flashback, this time Kusuo not interrupting as he just gives up.

November 22, 1994. Kuniharu was 19, attending a local college. He meets a girl being harrassed by a punk, and saves her. That girl was Kurumi, she thanked him and he knew at that moment he will marry her. Kurumi states she thought the same thing, although she thought it was gross how he was looking at her intently. Kuniharu is surprised as it was the first time he hears about this revelation, but goes on saying that Kurumi was in town on her school trip sort of making it destiny. During that time, Kusuo left and fell asleep. Kuniharu yells at him from downstairs that it was only the first chapter, there are still 13 more left. Kurumi calms him down, and asks him to toast seeing as it is past midnight.

Kusuke interrupts the moment by congratulating them. Kusuke says they should not have a third one, while he is curious, the world will not be able to handle it. Kuniharu tells him to cut it out. His parents then asks him if he called to wish them a happy anniversary, but Kusuke tells them he called to talk to Kusuo. They tell him is asleep and if anything is wrong. Kusuke then tells them the last time he repaired his limiters he used a defective piece. Seeing as it is fine, he asks them to tell him about it just to be safe. Kuniharu then reminds him it is their anniversary, only for Kusuke to fake his connection is not working. Also shown is a part of the house has disappeared.

Kusuo wakes up and sees the sky. Kusuo then sees his room in a tree and is both confused and surprised. He thinks he teleported his room and thinks of just restoring the room back to the house. He needs to check how his house is, otherwise it would be weird if people see that part of the house is gone and suddenly reappears, only for him not to find it. He finds it weird that even his town have different parts of it, so he decides to down, seeing as it is a little difficult to see above. He finds that everyone is dressed differently, the street is different, and talking in weird slang. There are references of 90s culture, such as the Sega Saturn, pagers, and thick eyebrows, all of which Kusuo makes him more confused.

Kusuo bumps into who he believes is Riki Nendou and is somehow relieved. That is until he leaves past him, and Kusuo is confused as normally he would tell him hi partner and for them to go get ramen. The person asks him if he needs something and Kusuo is surprised he does not recognize him. The guy tells him they can talk afterwards as he is going to talk to a girl and that is when he sees Kurumi. Kusuo realizes he time travelled to the past, to the day his parents met and the guy he was talking to is Riki Nendou's dead father, Takeuchi Riki. Kusuo sees his parents pass each other, thinking maybe it was not the right time. He remembers the story of how they met, that his dad saved her from a punk, but he sees no punk around. Kusuo realizes the punk is Riki and he did something terrible.

In an omake page, Kusuo wakes up and wonders what happened to 1994. He figures that it was all a dream.
