Short Summary[]
Kusuo's limiter somehow deflated and his parents try to help him. He tries to use his restoration, but the result is another ability that is quite useless instead. He finally is able to fix his limiter with materialization, stating how he can not use the new abilities after fixing it and how materialization is not useless.
