Summary

Kusuo's class erupts in discussions of breakups, and Kusuo decides that Fall is breakup season. He feels the gaze of Chiyo, who is once again falling for him. Chiyo breaks her gaze, reminding herself that she now had Takeru, but becomes disappointed as she recalls all of Takeru's bad habits. Kusuo looks over at Takeru and agrees that he is indeed disappointing. He then decides to bring the couple back together to keep Chiyo from going after him again. After school, Kusuo follows the two and realizes that Chiyo's likability score for Takeru keeps dropping as time passes. He hears Chiyo's thoughts of her 3 month anniversary with Takeru and forwards the thought to Takeru. When Takeru mentions the anniversary, Chiyo brightens up and increases her likability meter. Takeru then bluffs that he has a gift for her when the truth is that he doesn't have any so he decided to give her dried squid. Kusuo then exchanges it for the bunny who Chiyo was admiring, commenting that Takeru shouldn't look down on a girl's feelings. Kusuo continues to assist even after that until Chiyo's likability score for Takeru goes up to 90. That doesn't last, however: when the two go to eat at an Okonomiyaki restaurant, Takeru's habits resurface, and the two eventually break up anyway.
