Long Summary[]

Chiyo is walking to school only to be stopped by a guy who kept on rambling. He tries to ask her if it is the right way to the school. Chiyo says yes and found him annoying.

The class finds out there is a new transfer student and do not care about it. Kusuo knows it too and says they should just kill off Reita. Chiyo realizes it might be the guy she talked to before getting to school. Mikoto asks her about him and Chiyo tells her she is not sure but any case wonders where their teacher is as she is late for homeroom.

Their teacher arrives, most likely late due to the new student's rambling. She greets them the new student who walks in and starts to ramble. Their teacher tells him to introduce himself, in which he finally states his name, Touma Akechi. He keeps on rambling again, only for the bell to ring and she states it is the end of homeroom. Kusuo feels like he knows him but he shrugs it off, stating he should just not get involved with him.

It is lunch time and Touma is sitting alone. Aren feeling bad and knows how it feels being alone, decides to go sit with him and Shun tags along. Touma goes off rambling again before they sit down but they eventually did. They ask him questions but Touma goes off rambling with those questions. Aren gets a bit angered, only for Touma to state that he has no intention to anger a former deliquent. Aren and Kusuo are surprised, Aren asking how he knew. Touma shows how well of a detective he is.

Touma goes on saying how in his old school they used to call him a psychic. Kusuo then gets a flashback, wondering what was that afterwards. Touma tell them he is not one, Aren tells him of course, no one believes those abilities, only for Touma said those abilities are real as he has seen them. Shun is curious, Touma says he would but it is not very big and he has talked too much. He says a few kids saw the incident, however since they were kids, most have forgotten it. Kusuo realizes Touma might definitely be someone he knows.

Touma goes on by saying he was surprised when he entered the classroom as he thought he would never see someone again. He calls on Kusuo, asking if he remembers that incident. Shun and Aren are surprised. Touma asks him if he forgot him, stating his last name is his mom's maiden name however he went by another name as a kid. There is another flashback. Touma goes on saying how glad he is to see him and wanted to ask him about what happened. Touma asks Kusuo if he is a psychic.
