Long Summary[]

In a flashback, Kusuke inputs the control devices on Kusuo for the first time. Kuniharu questions if the device will work and Kurumi asks Kusuo how he feels. Kusuo feels different and nods, believing it worked. Their parents are happy and proud of Kusuke for making the device. Kuniharu removes Kusuo's green-tinted glasses, surprised that he is not petrified and Kurumi is certain that his powers are gone. Kusuke, believing the same as his mother, grabs a baseball bat to get revenge on Kusuo. Kusuo punches him too harshly, thus his powers are not completely gone. Kusuo then asks Kusuke, since the left side device controls his powers, what does the right side control device do. Kusuke nearly answers him.

In the present, Kusuo is surprised Reita broke his left side control device and hears Kusuke has finally arrived. Kusuke greets him inside a power suit, Kusuo questions who it is. Kusuke is surprised that his brother can not recognize him and removes the visor in his suit. It was all a ruse, Kusuo lowers his glasses to use his petrification on Kusuke. Kusuke saves himself in time, reminding Kusuo that the ability only works in living things and he can block it with anything non-living. Kusuke goes on about how cheap of a tactic it was but he does not blame him since Kusuo has yet to put all of his own clothes back on. He tells him all hope is lost, but Kusuo tells him he has several other plans, some of which that can involve killing him. Kusuke asks him if he really wants to kill him, he has inputted bombs in the area and is using Reita as a hostage. He goes on to say other options that will rather make him win the match or hurting Reita, thus he asks Kusuo what is he going to do otherwise he will make his move. Kusuo asks him what is he going to do, Kusuke replies that will grab his right side limit device. Kusuke asks him if he remembers what happens if it is removed.

Back to the flashback, a younger Kusuke tells Kusuo his right side limit device is a self destruction switch. If it is removed, everyone in the world will find out he is a psychic. Their parents are happy, but once processing what he has stated, they are in shock. Kusuke tells them that everything about Kusuo's abilities will be posted everywhere, their parents asks him why would he do this. Kusuke tells them everyone should know about Kusuo, he is special and will make the world a better place if everyone knew of his existence. He knows it will be wrong if he announced it without Kusuo's permission, so he made this a competition, if he can remove the device it is his win, but if he can not it is Kusuo's. Over several years, Kusuke challenged Kusuo but lost every single time.

Back in the present, Kusuke is certain he will finally win. Kusuo slowly stands up and Kusuke is happy as it is the moment he has dreamed of, but feels bad on the way Kusuo is dressed. Kusuke helps him put his pants up and fix him up, not wanting things to end in this state. He restates his victory again and reaches for the limiter. Kusuo is grateful since with this he was able to get some time and flicks Kusuke to the other side of the room. Kusuke asks him how he knew the bombs were fakes. Kusuo replies while he can not control his powers, but he can still use them. It took Kusuo a while, but he asked Mikoto if Reita ever dies. Mikoto told him she did not find any future on it. Kusuo explains if Mikoto would have seen one death vision for Reita then the bombs were real, however he already believed they were fake from the beginning. He knew Kusuke will not be completely happy winning by using a hostage. Kusuke stands up, Kusuo tells him that he has no chance of winning now. Kusuke tells him maybe but there is one hostage he is willing to use and is acceptable, himself. Kusuke brings out his ultimate weapon called the Kitty Tank, which looks exactly how it sounds. Kusuo, in shock, asks him if it is really okay for that to be his trump card.
