Hiroshi Gomi (五味 寛) was last year's winner in the garbage collecting competition. Kusuo, Kineshi, Shun, and Nendo all meet him when he walks up to them and talks to them. They meet again when he teams up with a shady guy who asks the group of 4 to join him. Kusuo then uses pyrokinesis on the bag of cigarette butts in the plastic bag to put it all on fire and the gang runs away from the scene.
