The Disastrous Life of Kokomi Teruhashi is a one-shot chapter in Volume 15 of The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. (Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan) manga series published on the 28th of August 2015.

Short Summary[]
Kokomi narrates about her life and how she likes a plain looking guy, Kusuo. She looks for him, via a swarm of guys. Kusuo, invisible, drinks her milkshake and successfully escapes her.
Long Summary[]
Kokomi starts to narrate her story by how she was born cute, to the point the doctor blushed while seeing her. Years pass and her cuteness grew, to the point she is now a perfect beautiful girl.
She then states while she is perfect she has a crush on what she assumes is a normal plain guy, Kusuo. She tries to go up to him, happy to see him after school, only to be interrupted by guys trying to ask her out. She states her reason for liking him, Kusuo is not like the other guys when it comes to admiring her. She wants to make him blush and say "offu" to her.
She realizes she lost him while she quickly and politely turn the guys down. She then states it is not easy to escape her, and uses her "ability" Angel Breath where just breathing out loud a sigh will get swarms of guys coming to her aid. She asks them if they can help her find him. The guys go running, searching for him, with posters, posting a drawing of his face online, and in even with a helicopter. While they are looking, she grabs a milkshake and pretends to search for him by "calling" him on her phone. One of the guys state they can not find him after searching for 30 minutes.
Kusuo, invisible, takes her milkshake and drinks it while she is occupied. He talks about his abilities and how he has been hiding them for all of his life. He does not want to be around Kokomi since she brings attention and how she is not always perfect when he reads her thoughts. He admits he admires her dedication to her perfect act but she should not worry about him. She nearly hits him while stretching. She gets her milkshake only to be surprised that it is nearly empty. Kusuo, outside and away from her, smirks.

- This chapter was originally published in Cocohana, a sister magazine for Weekly Shōnen Jump
- Kokomi unknowingly gave Kusuo an indirect kiss
- Kusuo drank out of the same straw from the milkshake Kokomi drank moments earlier.
- With the smirk he gives her in the end of the chapter, it is possible he knows about it.
